Mašnice sa tunjevinom

Sastojci:

4 konzerve tunjevine
2 srednje glavice crvenog luka
1 pakovanje ( 500 ml ) pasirane rajčice + koncentrat rajčice
majčina dušica
timjan
šećer
sol i papar



Postupak: 

Na ulju blago zažutite crveni luk. Tunjevinu ocijedite od ulja, te ju pirjajte oko 5 min na laganoj vatri.
 Dodajte koncentrat i pasiranu rajčicu i pirjajte oko 10-15 min uz povremeno miješanja. Dodajte malo šećera ( da umak ne bude prekiseo), sol, papar, majčinu dušicu i timjan, te ostavite da prokuha oko 5 min. Ukoliko Vam je umak rijedak možete ga zgusniti sa čajnom žlica brašna ili gustina i vode ili krušnih mrvica. Uz to skuhajte tjesteninu i poslužite je uz umak.
