Krem juha od krumpira

Sastojci: 


500 g oguljenog i narezanog na kocke krumpira
3 glavice crvenog luka
2 l pilećeg temeljca ili gotova "kocka" (u kombinaciji sa vodom )
100 g svježeg poriluka
2 dl mlijeka
sol, papar
kumin-kim

Postupak: 

Na ulju pirjajte crveni luk i krumpir sve dok ne počne povrće puštati vodu. Zalijte sa temeljcem ( ovdje Vam ostavljam mogućnost da stavite temeljac koji Vam najbolje odgovara i koji najviše volite), te ostavite da se kuha na laganoj vatri. Kad prokuha dodajte kumina-kima, posolite po ukusu i dolijte mlijeko i ostavite da prokuha. Usitnite sa štapnim mikserom ili blenderom ( ovisno što imate u Vašoj kuhinji ), te u zakuhano dodajte sitno nasjecani poriluk. Poslužite sa "krutonima" i sa svježim porilukom.
