Spaghetti milanese na moj način

Sastojci:

300 dag salame ( parizera ili neke druge po Vašem izboru )
100 dag sjeckane slanine/pancete/pršuta
1 l pasirane rajčice
2 glavice crvenog luka
sol
šećer
mješavina začina ( majčina dušica, timjan,origano )

Postupak:

Na vrućem ulju pirjajte luk sve dok ne postane staklast. Dodajte mu na na manje kockice izrezanu slaninu, pancetu ili pršut ( ukoliko pršut stavljate pazi da umak ne presolite jer pršut pušta jako svoju sol tokom procesa kuhanja). Pirjajte na laganoj vatri sve dok slanina ne dobije zlatnu boju, a zatim dodajte salamu ( to Vam ostavljamo da sami odaberete koju salamu najviše volite ) i još vrlo kratko propirjajte. Dodajte pasiranu rajčicu, posolite po ukusu, dodajte malo šećera ( šećer se stavlja da se spriječi prekiselost ovog umaka ) i mješavinu začina, te ostavite da kuha dok se umak ne zgusne. Ukoliko Vam se učini da je umak prerijedak dodajte ili krušne mrvice ili glatko brašno razmućeno sa vodom.Uz to poslužite špagete ili neku drugu tjesteninu Vama po želji.
