Brzinski krumpiri

Kako krumpira nikada dosta evo još jednog recepta, pa nećete moći kasnije reći kako ne znate što biste od priloga jer su Vam većina dosadila i postala monotona. Ukoliko imate jedno od kvalitetnijih posuđa ovaj krumpir će biti završen za cca 20 minuta. Zamjeniti pržene i pohane priloge i pripremite ovaj brzinski i ukusniji prilog.






Sastojci :

500 g oguljenog i očišćenog krumpira
svježe sjeckano peršinovo lišće
50 g maslaca
ulje i voda po potrebi
sol

Postupak :

Krumpir ogulite, te ga narežite. Zagrijte posudu ( tava u mojem slučaju ). Krumpire posolite i ostavite ih da puste vodu i škrob. U zagrijanu tavu dodajte ulje, a njega krumpire, te ga pirjajte poklopljenog. Povremeno ga promiješajte i dolijevajte vodu. Pred kraj dodajte sitno sjeckano peršinovo lišće. Krumpir mora biti sočan i poželjno je da na dnu tave malo "uhvati" - zagori jer time ćete poboljšati sam okus krumpira. Pred sam kraj dodajte sitno narezani maslac i posolite ga po ukusu.





 Ovo je obični krumpir naglo sotiran na plitkoj masnoći :
