Juha od graška s gris noklicama

Fina juhica za ove tmurne dana!












Sastojci :

400 g smrznutog graška + 100 g graška ( dodajte ga kuhanog u gotovu juhu kako bi se što bolje moglo uočiti od čega je juha spravljena )
2 srednje glavice crvenog luka
1 l pilećeg ili mesnog temeljca
2 dl mlijeka
sol, papar i Vegeta po ukusu

Sastojci za gris noklice :

5 jušnih žlica grisa
1 jaje
1/2 jušne žlice svinjske masti
vode po potrebi

Postupak :

100 g graška skuhajte posebno u jednoj posudi i ostavite ga sa strane. U drugoj posudi na plitkoj masnoći pirjajte crveni luk sve dok ne postane staklast. Dodajte mu grašak, podlijete sa temeljcem i kuhajte sve dok se grašak ne skuha. Gotovi grašak usitnite pomoću štapnog miksera, te vratite na vatru još jednom da prokuha. U međuvremenu napravite gris noklice. Jaja izmiješajte sa svinjskom mašću, dodajte gris i vode po potrebi. Smjesa Vam ne smije biti niti pregusta niti pretekuća. Žlicu uronite u vruću juhu od graška koja kuha, te pravite knedlice koje ubacujete u juhu koja lagano kuha . Pred sam kraj dodajte mlijeko i začinite po ukusu, te vratite onih 100 g kuhanog graška natrag u juhu.
