Prilog od krumpira

Još jedan način kako možete napraviti jelo od krumpira i kombinirati ga uz bilo koje drugo mesno jelo.Nažalost nisam uspio fotografirati kako izgleda kada je pečeno i izrezano.

Sastojci :

1 kg očišćenog i oguljenog krumpira
400 g sira trapista
1 kiselo vrhnje
250 g svježeg sira
sol, papar, suho peršinovo lišće


Postupak :

Krumpir ogulite i očistite. Naribajte ga na većem dijelu ribeža, posolite i popaprite te ga ostavite sa strane da pusti vodu. Kiselo vrhnje i sir pomiješajte. Tepsiju u kojoj ćete peći krumpir malo nauljite. Krumpir dobro ižmikajte od vode te ga stavite u tepsiju, na to dodajte sir i vrhnje, te lagano izmiješajte. Posipajte sa peršinom i po vrhu dodajte naribani ili narezani sir trapist.
Gratinirajte u pećnici sve dok ne dobije zlatno-žutu boju.
