Teletina u grašku

Jedno od  dražih mi jela... Kada ste u žurbi, evo jednog brzog recepta. Ovo jelo sam završio za manje od pola sata. Ništa jednostavnije, a ukus je zagarantiran!

Sastojci :

1 kg teletine ( but )
2-3 srednje glavice crvenog luka
500 g smrznutog ili svježeg graška
1,5 jušna žlica mljevene slatke paprike
sol, papar

Postupak:

Na plitkoj masnoći propirjajte crveni luk sve dok ne postane staklast, te mu dodajte teletinu narezanu na kocke.


Ostavite da se pirja oko 10-15 minuta ili sve dok meso ne "pobijeli", ne kalira. Podlijte sa vodom, te dodajte mljevenu slatku papriku, sol i papar.



Ostavite da se krčka još oko 10-tak minuta, a zatim dodajte grašak i podlijte sa još malo vode, te ostavite da kuha sve dok teletina ne bude skuhana.



Tjesteninu skuhajte na uobičajeni način, te ju poslužite uz ovo jelo.
