Tjestenina na brzaka

Još jedna u nizu od tjestenina ukoliko imate viška hrane u hladnjaku ili nešto čemu će uskoro isteći rok trajanja.
Ostalo mi je dvije vrste tjestenine, pa sam ih odlučio zajedno pomiješati.






Sastojci:

400 g tjestenine
300 g parizera
150 sira trapista
100 g parmezana
1 dl mlijeka
1 čajna žlica estragona

Postupak :

Tjesteninu skuhajte na uobičajeni način. Na malo ulja pirjajte salamu sve dok ne dobije zlatno žutu boju. Skuhanu tjesteninu ocijedite, te dodajte na pirjanu salamu. Podlijte sa malo mlijeko i ostavite da ukuha. Pred sam kraj dodajte estragon i sireve.
