Trobojno povrće

Evo jednog vrlo kreativnog i maštovitog priloga od povrća koji odgovara uz bilo koje drugo mesno jelo.

Sastojci:
400 g svježe mrkve
400 g celera  i cvjetače
250 g svježe blitve i brokule
3 bjelanjka
maslac ( za premazivnje tepsije- vatrost. posude)
sol i papar

Postupak:

Sve vrste povrća očistite i svako posebno usitnite dosta sitno ( mrkva, celer,brokula, blitva i cvjetača ) pomoću miksera stolnog ( ukoliko ga imate ) ili povrće prethodno skuhajte pa ga sitno nasjeckajte. U svakoj posebnoj zdjeli lagano umutite 3 bjelanjke te im dodajte soli i papra. U svaku zdjelu u kojoj je bjelanjak stavite mrkvu, celer i cvjetaču zajedno i blitvu i brokulu. Sve dobro izmiješate i povrće slažite u vatrostalnu posudu koju ste prethodno premazali maslacem. Prvi red stavite brokule i blitve, zatim cvjetaču i peršin i završite mrkvom. Prekrijte aluminijskom folijom, te stavite u pećnicu na 30-45 min da se upari. Skinite foliju te ostavite u pećnici još oko 10-tak minuta. Recept je pogodan i za vegetarijance.
